joel and etho are actually a match made in heaven and i’ll never shut up about it. in episode one they gave scar their iron helmets and IMMEDIATELY tattled on him to grian despite being the ones who MADE the helmets. which is basically a repeat of what happened in 3rd life when etho told tango there was a lot of cobblestone up for grabs in ren’s chest and then IMMEDIATELY ran to ren crying and screaming about how tango was stealing from him. they both have the same rancid vibes of an annoying sibling that you just want to punt into space and it’s amazing
just hands down the worst people on the server and i’m living for it
can i just say how fucking fun it is that jimmy is partnered with someone who has not once made a joke about how often he dies??? like the fact that tango seems genuinely so confident in Jimmy’s abilities that he let him make the plans and asked him for strategies is just so??? nice??? and jimmy immediately rattling off genuinely good strategies and ideas in response as tango nods and follows them is a treat to watch! like, tango is made for support and jimmy is long overdue for some self-assuredness and confidence, to the point where this match just feels perfect?? they might not be the best or strongesr team, but at last, jimmy has found himself someone who chugs the Respect Himbos juice,
the pure sheer volume of that “NOOOOOOO” from grian. full chest, immediate 200% volume on discord, the mic slightly distorting, you don’t even know that noise is a proper word until the very end, how you can hear he moves away from the mic with great velocity. the long distance stare afterwards, not only because he’s moved away from his mic but because he’s remembering.
