So obviously Etho doing everything in his power to get Bdubs back to yellow was absolutely soul-rending and made us all cry onto our phones (that wasn’t just me, right?), but I feel like we’re overlooking the fact that Bdubs was doing the same thing, in his own way.

The whole episode before Etho saved him, his one and only goal was to get Etho to red with him. So that they could be together and neither would be alone. If he didn’t know that Etho would easily beat him in a PvP battle, he definitely would’ve attacked Etho with his bare hands to be able to be friends with him again.

Etho even considers his suggestion to join him at one point, because their goal is really just to be together again.

All they care about is each other. Everything they did this episode was to get the other one back.

Bdubs really is ride or die in every universe.

and like. she may not be red. but she just showed EXACTLY what will happen when she’s red. …and showed that she’s cleo, and even if she can’t kill off red, well, accidents still happen.
