it’s super fun seeing how the different boogeyman go about being the boogeyman and like. how they get their kills.
bdubs didn’t swing until he was confident that he could get a kill. super cautious, and super on edge about the whole thing.
joel made a trap, and was desperate to make it work. both times it didn’t work, he got frantic and made bad decisions. even his kill was made on the poor decision to attack two people at once and not even focus one.
scar went about it as often as possible, any chance he could conceivably take he took. he tried to get bdubs and etho in the nether like three times, even though he gave up the game early. however, no one really did anything more than swing at him a few times. honestly, the Scar Charisma required to pull that off is impressive
joel saying that he just needed to kill lizzie. but he hesitated. and lizzie apologizing because she didn’t mean for him to die when she ran away. and then joel putting lizzie’s stuff in a chest for her. i can read too much into that -
- but also joel ABSOLUTELY went “oh i need to kill someone. my first choice is going to be my wife. obviously.” and then lizzie just seems mildly put out by all of this.
my point is that i can both read into this “they’re reluctant to ACTUALLY hurt each other” and “they think it’s funny to threaten each other repeatedly” and so i think i’m winning
