MCYTBLR AU Fest is a mini big-bang event where artists and writers work together in teams to make stories and art inspired by MCYT and set in an Alternate Universe.
Expectation: Writers must deliver a story of at least 5k words. Artists must deliver a finished piece of art inspired by the story they signed up for. Dark or triggering topics or themes must be tagged for.
Rules:
You must be a member of the discord, for team matching.
Because of Tumblr, Ao3 and Discord TOS, you must be 13 to participate.
Make a good-faith effort to respect streamer boundaries
You agree to work together with your teammate(s) to make a piece of art and a fic together.
All works must be MCYT-centric and set in an AU— no canon-compliance.

So at the beginning of this whole sexyman shenanigans, I was fully expecting Scar to win. He fits most of the criteria laid out here (yes that is guidelines as to why a character should be permitted on the sexyman wikipedia), and was one of the most nominated characters overall, not even counting pre-existing things regarding his sexyness *cough scitties cough*
HOWEVER, as the polls have started, there has been an absurd amount more Joe Hills fanart and more posts wanting them to win (including by Joe himself!), as well as many more designs that aren’t actually based of their Minecraft skin. The process of doing a sexyman vote on Tumblr has permitted Joe Hills to become a Tumblr sexyman, meaning she is the perfect candidate.
Some of you may recognize one of these characters from my days reblogging mcyt art to this blog, before I split to the side blog (vote technoblade). Except you WON"T recognize him, because he’s been so sexymanified by the site (vote technoblade). Because he is the perfect sexyman and deserves your vote (vote technoblade).
