Even if you don’t think/know that you have [disorder] (or even if you know you don’t!) you’re allowed to use coping strategies meant for or associated with that disorder. You can use ADHD tips for your poor memory. You can stim even if you’re not autistic (stimming has a lot of overlap between disorders honestly). You can use chronic fatigue tips if you have depression. You’re not stealing resources. If it helps you, it helps you, whether you were the target audience or not

I was today years old when i found out that i was allowed time off to vote. Something no boss has ever told me.

Yeah, if you live in a paid time state nearly no boss is going to tell you this, or that you don’t have to clock out. Tell others you work with. Take those two hours.

on the first day of classes professors will usually ask us to fill out a little notecard with our name, pronouns, major, and email. one dude in one of my history classes was very clearly one of those Anti-SJW Bullshit People and went “Uhhh pronouns? Ha, what’s that supposed to mean? I’m clearly a dude I don’t understand what you’re asking” and the professor just looked him in the eye and went “If you don’t know what a pronoun is then maybe a college level course isn’t for you” and i think about her every single day of my life
